01The founding belief
Built from Espo.ai.
Espo Studio is the website arm of Espo.ai. The parent entity builds the AI infrastructure; the studio ships the front door — the site that a buyer, a referral, or an AI agent lands on first.
Most service-business websites are a recycled 2021 template with the words trapped inside JavaScript that AI engines never run. To ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google’s AI Overview, the page is nearly blank. The firm is invisible before the shortlist even forms.
We refuse that. Every build leaves the studio with two properties baked in: a committed aesthetic that makes the site impossible to confuse with a competitor, and an AI Optimization System that targets a 95/100 discoverability score. The combination is the dual moat nobody else sells.

The engine behind Espo Studio is built to ship at ~100 sites per year without losing the custom feel. Four live client builds are already in production — Wealth Watch Advisors, David Lowe Real Estate, John Thompson Realty, and Better Brokers Realty Group — all on the same evergreen system that launched Minted Settlement Planning with 0 P0 issues.
The parent company, Espo.ai, builds the AI infrastructure that Espo Studio sites run on. Same founder. Same argument. One entity with two doors.
